Number Euthanized: 15;
Comments: Thirteen (13) additional horses on the home premises tested positive for EIA. Euthanasia was elected by owners for these cases and was witnessed by CDFA veterinarians on March 24, 2026 and April 7, 2026. The remaining twelve (12) exposed horses will remain under quarantine until their sixty (60) day retest.;
