Age: 3; Gender: Filly; Breed: Quarter Horse (QH); Clinical Signs: This filly had a fever for 4 days then developed purulent nasal discharge and lymph node enlargement under the jaw. She tested positive for Streptococcus equi by PCR (Strangles).; Horse Status: Recovering;
