Clinical Signs: On 8/16, owner noticed horse wasn't well, not eating a lot and had trouble eating. Vet came to examine and noted: fever, dull mentation, head hanging low, possible loss of vision, camped under appearance of both front and rear legs. Horse fell over when asked to move.
